Sales and Refund Policy

SALES & REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”)

Thanks for shopping at Prebo. We appreciate the fact that you like to participate in the cool activities that our users provide. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing these activities, whether you’re at the Android app o the iPhone app. (To make it visually easier on both of us, we’ll refer to these entities as the “Prebo App” in this policy.)

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at a Prebo App. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at a Prebo App, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Prebo’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Standard Refund Policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the activities you purchase from the Prebo App. That’s because we go out of our way and trust our users to ensure that they will provide the activities that you need. We understand, however, that sometimes an activity may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to Full and Partial Refunds.

Full Refund

For any activity you have paid for, if it hasn’t happened yet, you may ask for the full refund of the activity, and this will be processed automatically. Please be advised that you are able to request this full refund up to 2 times per month. If you exceed this amount you will need to contact us by email at support@goprebo.com for further assistance.
Furthermore, you may request a full refund up to 15 minutes after the activity started. This will allow you to assess the corresponding activity and see for yourself if it’s what it was promised. In case it isn’t, please exit the activity ASAP and request the full refund through “Settings” “My Transactions” Select the activity you want to request the refund for “I need help” follow the steps.

Partial Refund

In the unlikely case you have exceeded the 15 minute window for the full refund, you may still be able to request a partial refund of the activity, up to 7 days after the activity took place, due to exceptional reasons that will be subject to further analysis at Prebo’s sole discretion. You will need to contact as by email at support@goprebo.com explaining the situation, and in the case it’s resolved at your favor, the refund will be equal to the “Total Payed” – “Third Party Services”.

The refund will be processed by Prebo through the Third Party Merchant service used to pay the transaction.

Reserved rights

The Prebo App is solely an intermediary between users who provide activities and users who consume those activities. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing activities for illegal purposes. In case we suspect any illegal operations we will contact the corresponding authorities and share all information asked by them.
